Duties

Perform water damage restoration tasks including extraction, drying, and dehumidification to prevent further property deterioration.
Conduct fire restoration activities such as debris removal, smoke odor mitigation, and surface cleaning to restore spaces to their original condition.
Execute mold remediation procedures by identifying mold growth, setting up containment areas, and safely removing mold-infested materials.
Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively for demolition, cleaning, and repair work during mitigation projects.
Assist with asbestos abatement procedures in compliance with safety regulations to ensure healthy environments for clients and team members.
Carry out carpet cleaning using specialized equipment to remove stains, odors, and contaminants.
Support construction-related tasks such as minor repairs or rebuilds necessary for property restoration.
Maintain detailed documentation of all mitigation activities, including photos, reports, and logs for project tracking and quality assurance.
Follow safety protocols rigorously to ensure a secure work environment during all mitigation activities.
Collaborate with team members to deliver exceptional service while adhering to industry standards in restoration practices.

Experience

Prior experience in the restoration industry not required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 50 per week
