Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Construction Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in various construction tasks, contributing to the successful completion of projects. Responsibilities

Assist in remodeling projects by performing demolition, framing, and finishing work.
Operate heavy equipment safely and efficiently as required for various tasks.
Build structures according to project specifications and schematics.
Utilize power tools for cutting, shaping, and assembling materials.
Apply caulking and sealants as needed for weatherproofing and insulation.
Perform masonry work including bricklaying and concrete pouring.
Fabricate components as per project requirements, ensuring quality standards are met.
Install drywall and perform trim carpentry to enhance the aesthetic appeal of finished spaces.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment to promote safety and efficiency on-site.

Skills

Proficiency in remodeling techniques and practices.
Experience with heavy equipment operation is preferred.
Ability to read and interpret schematics effectively.
Skilled in using various power tools safely and efficiently.
Knowledge of caulking techniques for sealing gaps and joints.
Familiarity with masonry work including brick, stone, or concrete applications.
Competence in fabricating materials for construction purposes.
Experience with drywall installation and finishing processes.
Trim carpentry skills to ensure high-quality finishes in construction projects.
