Oakridge Construction Company is seeking a Carpenter Foreman to help oversee new builds and remodels. In this role, you will manager a crew of 2-4 carpenters depending on scale and timeline of each project. In addition to assigning tasks, you will make sure the work is done correctly and enforce workplace safety regulations. You will be performing all hands-on task alongside your co-workers while being their foreman. We are looking for a reliable individual with excellent workmanship.

DUTIES include but not limited to:
Supervise a crew of 2-4 possibly more carpenters during a construction project

Oversee all aspect of the construction project from start to finish

Be able to Communicate with customers, subcontractors and suppliers

Assign carpentry tasks to workers

Complete all carpentry tasks as needed

Ensure compliance with safety regulations.

Qualifications:

MUST LIVE IN OR AROUND NEW LONDON MINNESOTA

- Team player
- Strong knowledge and experience in the construction industry
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to read blueprints and interpret construction plans
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

-Pass a drug and alcohol screening

- Additional responsibilities may be assigned as needed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 45 per week
