Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or Associates of Applied Science or equivalent experience.
7+ years project management experience in manufacturing, fabrication, or industrial construction
Demonstrated leadership of teams
Strong ERP proficiency (job costing, scheduling, reporting)
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Financial acumen and margin awareness

Key Responsibilities;

Project Leadership

Directly manage high-value or complex fabrication projects from kickoff through closeout
Oversee schedules, budgets, scope control, and client communication
Identify risks early and implement mitigation strategies
Ensure contract compliance and proper documentation

Process & Systems

Client & Executive Interface

Pay: $100,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
