Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Project Manager to lead and oversee complex Roofing and Siding projects . The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing project lifecycle from initiation to closure, ensuring alignment with organizational goals, and delivering high-quality results. This role requires strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and experience in all types of Roof and Siding. The Project Manager will assure work being performed is top quality. Will assure all safety protocols are being followed. Will assure all projects are being performed professionally and to company standards.

Duties

Communicating with customers.
Making sure property is protected prior to work being started.
Making sure all materials were delivered.
Making sure all safety protocols are being followed.
Oversee work being performed.
Assure all work being performed is to the highest quality.

Qualifications

Proven experience in project management with supervising experience in leading teams.
Strong knowledge of All types of Roofing and Siding applications.
Expertise in scope management, risk management, cost control, and quality assurance.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
Strong leadership capabilities with experience in team management and conflict resolution.
Effective communication skills for technical writing of reports or documentation.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $62,400.00 - $87,300.00 per year
