Job Overview:

Due to company growth, we are actively seeking a highly skilled Residential Carpenter to join our team. You will collaborate with the Project Manager, Job Foreman and building team to complete projects ranging in size from small to large. We are a company that believes in self performing as much of the construction process as possible so we can maintain control of the overall project.

Responsibilities & Duties include:

selective demolition
framing
exterior siding and trim
interior finishes
cabinet installation
hardware installation
all other carpentry tasks

Requirements:

ability to read and interpret blueprints
good working knowledge of standard industry tools and equipment
broad knowledge of residential construction

Licensure, Registration and/or Certification

Must have a valid State of Maine Driver’s License and US Work Authorization

Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
