Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to join our growing team. This role involves developing new business opportunities, managing client accounts, and expanding our market presence through strategic sales initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess strong skills in B2B sales, territory management, and customer relationship management, with a focus on delivering exceptional service and driving revenue growth. Experience in technology or product demos, lead generation, and negotiation are highly valued. Qualifications

Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills
Proven ability in experience in outside sales, B2B sales, business development, and client prospecting
Strong background in account management, territory management, and direct sales techniques.
Excellent presentation and negotiation abilities
Ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple accounts or projects
Technical proficiency to quickly learn product offerings and solutions
Familiarity with CRM software like Salesforce or similar platforms for managing customer relationships and tracking sales activities.
Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and maintaining long-term relationships.
Demonstrated success in lead generation, cold calling, negotiation, and closing deals.
Previous experience in the events, construction, or sanitation industries is a plus
