Key Responsibilities:

Lead and mentor the MSAT team to support production readiness and project delivery.
Ensure safe work practices and adherence to quality standards.
Manage team schedules and deliverables across multiple projects.
Support regulatory audits and inspections.
Drive operational excellence through cross-functional initiatives.
Provide feedback and guidance to team members.
Facilitate conflict resolution and maintain team cohesion.

Key Requirements:

Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
Strong background in technology transfer and manufacturing.
Experience managing confidential client relationships.
Familiarity with regulatory inspections and audits.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Ability to lead and develop high-performing teams.
Commitment to ethical and inclusive workplace practices.
