Outdoor Construction Foreman / Skilled Construction Worker

Line of Art Construction Inc. is seeking an experienced and reliable Outdoor Construction Foreman / Skilled Construction Worker to join our growing team. We specialize in high-quality outdoor construction projects throughout Southern California.

We're looking for someone who can work independently, lead a crew when needed, and produce high-quality work.

Responsibilities

Concrete forming, preparation, pouring, and finishing
Paver installation (driveways, patios, walkways)
Block wall construction
Retaining wall installation
Artificial turf installation
Drainage systems
Excavation and grading
Outdoor living construction including patios, pergolas, outdoor kitchens, fire pits, and related projects
Read and interpret construction plans and blueprints
Operate construction equipment and power tools safely
Drive company trucks and tow trailers to and from job sites
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site
Work efficiently while maintaining high-quality craftsmanship

Requirements

Minimum 5 years of experience in outdoor construction
Strong experience with concrete, pavers, and masonry
Experience building block walls and retaining walls
Ability to read and understand construction plans
Experience operating skid steers, mini excavators, compactors, and other construction equipment is a plus
Valid California driver's license with a clean driving record
Must be comfortable driving a truck with a trailer
Ability to lift 75+ lbs and perform physically demanding work
Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
Strong work ethic and positive attitude
Ability to work as part of a team and communicate effectively

Preferred Qualifications

Crew leadership or foreman experience
Experience with irrigation, drainage, or grading
OSHA certification is a plus
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
