Duties

Coordinate and supervise restoration projects from initial assessment through completion, ensuring adherence to project timelines and budgets
Lead teams responsible for cleaning, janitorial work, laundry services, and custodial tasks during the restoration process
Manage subcontractors and in-house staff with a focus on hospitality standards, safety protocols, and quality control
Oversee the proper use of cleaning supplies, equipment, and materials to maintain high standards of cleanliness and sanitation
Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, identify issues early, and implement corrective actions promptly
Communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and team members to ensure clarity on project scope and expectations
Maintain detailed documentation of project activities, safety reports, inventory logs, and compliance records

Experience

Proven supervising experience in restoration, custodial management, or hospitality environments such as hotels or commercial cleaning services
Strong management skills with a track record of leading diverse teams in fast-paced settings
Demonstrated leadership in managing large-scale cleaning or renovation projects with attention to detail and safety compliance
Knowledge of commercial cleaning techniques and equipment operation is highly desirable
Excellent communication skills coupled with the ability to motivate teams and foster a positive work environment
