Job Overview
We are seeking dedicated and hardworking Construction Laborers to join our team. As a Construction Laborer, you will play a vital role in supporting various construction projects by performing essential tasks that contribute to the overall success of the job site. Responsibilities

Assist in the preparation and clean-up of job sites, ensuring safety and efficiency.
Load and unload materials and equipment as needed.
Operate basic hand tools and power tools under supervision.
Follow instructions from supervisors and skilled tradespeople to complete tasks effectively.
Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety on-site.
Help with the assembly and disassembly of scaffolding, barricades, and temporary structures.
Perform general labor tasks such as digging, lifting, carrying, and moving materials.

Requirements

Previous experience in construction or labor-intensive roles is preferred but not required.
Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) and perform physically demanding tasks.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to following safety protocols.
Willingness to learn new skills and take direction from experienced team members.
Good communication skills and ability to work well within a team environment.
Reliable transportation to job sites is essential.
Must be able to pass any required background checks or drug screenings as mandated by the company policies.
