Overview:

We are a fast growing landscape construction company on the North Shore of Massachusetts looking for an experienced Construction Crew Leader. This person is dedicated to their craft and wants to continue to grow their careers. This position is for someone who enjoys working with their hands, being creative, and passionate about producing a customer loving product at the end of the day. Projects consist of patios, outdoor kitchens, firepits, walkways, drainage solutions, etc. Employee must be able to provide oversight to 2-4 employees at a time and also be able to properly execute material management.

Requirements:

Valid drivers license to drive truck and trailer safely
Ability to lay stone, pavers and brick for walkways and patios
Ability to install stone veneer
Ability to install retaining walls; both block and natural stone
Ability to operate mini-excavator & skid steer
Able to physically work on their feet and knees
