Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Landscape Construction personnel for our landscape Construction operations. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of landscape construction techniques, strong team skills, and a commitment to quality and safety. This role is essential in ensuring that our projects are executed efficiently and meet the highest standards of quality.

Responsibilities

Assist in operations of landscape construction projects, including hardscaping (patios, walkways, walls, outdoor kitchens, pool decks) soft scaping, (plantings, sod), and irrigation systems. Helping with tasks to be completed efficiently and safely.
Operate truck and trailers safely and efficiently
Operate heavy equipment safely and efficiently
Work with team members on best landscape construction techniques.
Maintain equipment, trucks, and tools used in landscaping tasks to ensure safety and efficiency.
Working efficiently on project progress, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards.
Interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications for each project.
Working with team members, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
Troubleshoot and resolve any issues or delays that may arise on-site.

Qualifications

Strong knowledge of landscape construction techniques, equipment, and materials.
Strong team skills with the ability to work with others effectively.
Ability to operate Excavators, skid steers, mini skid steers, and small engine equipment safely and efficiently.
Excellent communication skills to interact with team members professionally.
A passion for landscape construction and creating beautiful outdoor spaces is highly desirable.
Ability to lift heavy materials and work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
Valid driver's license required.

Pay: $25.00 - $33.00 per hour
