Joe’s Septic Contractors is a multi-yard portable sanitation and septic service company serving construction, industrial, oilfield, event, and disaster relief customers across the Gulf South. With 25 trucks and a growing footprint in Mississippi, Louisiana, and Texas, we provide portable toilets, handwash stations, holding tanks, and vacuum pumping services with unmatched reliability and customer service.

We are expanding into Pascagoula and looking for a motivated Outside Sales Representative to drive growth in this market.

What You’ll Do

Develop new business in construction, industrial, refinery/shipyard, and event markets
Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, site managers, and event coordinators
Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, quoting, closing, and onboarding new accounts
Collaborate with dispatch and operations to ensure smooth job setup and customer satisfaction
Track pipeline and results in CRM / reporting tools
Represent Joe’s Septic at local networking events, safety meetings, and trade functions

What We’re Looking For

2+ years of outside sales experience (construction, industrial, or service industry preferred)
Proven track record of hitting or exceeding sales targets
Strong communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills
Self-starter who thrives with autonomy and a clear commission path
Knowledge of Pascagoula/Gulf Coast market a plus (contractors, refineries, shipyards, events)
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (company vehicle provided after ramp-up)

Compensation & Benefits

$50,000 base salary + 4% commission on gross sales
First-year earnings potential $70,000+
