Project Manager – Construction

Full-Time | $60,000–$75,000 Base + Quarterly KPI Bonuses

We’re looking for a hands-on Construction Project Manager who enjoys working in the trades, collaborating with crews, and helping build great projects in a productive but fun work environment.

This role is ideal for someone who knows construction, communicates well, and takes pride in running organized, efficient jobs—without losing the human side of the work.

What You’ll Do

Manage residential and light commercial construction projects from start to finish
Work closely with carpenters, subcontractors, and field crews to keep projects on track
Schedule labor, subcontractors, and inspections
Communicate clearly with clients, vendors, and internal team members
Track budgets, timelines, and project KPIs
Help foster a positive, team-oriented jobsite culture
Solve problems proactively and keep projects moving forward

What We’re Looking For

Experience in construction, trades, or project management (hands-on experience preferred)
Enjoys working with crews—not just managing from a desk
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to lead while maintaining a respectful, upbeat jobsite atmosphere
Comfortable balancing quality, efficiency, and profitability
Motivated by goals, performance metrics, and continuous improvement

Compensation & Benefits

Base salary: $60,000–$75,000 per year (based on experience)
Quarterly KPI goal bonuses tied to project performance
