Job Overview
We are seeking energetic and detail-oriented Laborers and Remodelers to join our dynamic construction team. In this role, you will be instrumental in executing a variety of remodeling and construction projects, ensuring quality craftsmanship and adherence to safety standards. Duties

Assist in demolition, framing, drywall installation, and finishing tasks across diverse remodeling projects
Operate hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment safely and efficiently to complete assigned tasks
Read blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings to accurately execute project specifications
Install flooring, tile, cabinetry, doors, windows, and other fixtures with precision
Perform concrete forming, finishing, masonry work, stucco application, and plastering as needed
Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with safety protocols and project quality standards
Support fabrication and installation of custom components such as trim carpentry, glass panels, or hardscape features
Assist with roofing, caulking, welding, painting, and restoration tasks to enhance project outcomes
Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet project deadlines while maintaining high safety standards

Qualifications

Prior experience in construction or remodeling is preferred but not required; a strong willingness to learn is essential
Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, scaffolding, and heavy equipment operation is highly valued
Ability to read blueprints and schematics accurately for precise execution of tasks
Knowledge of construction management principles and estimating processes is a plus
Basic understanding of plumbing, electrical systems, masonry, flooring installation, tile laying, and roofing techniques
Strong work ethic with the ability to follow detailed instructions and safety procedures diligently
Excellent teamwork skills coupled with a proactive attitude toward problem-solving and task completion
