We’re looking for an experienced Sewer & Drain Lead Installer to take ownership of residential and light commercial sewer and drain replacement projects. This role is hands-on and leadership-driven you’ll lead jobs from start to finish, ensure work is done right the first time, and mentor crew members in the field.

What needs to be accomplished:

Successfully lead sewer and drain replacement projects from start to finish
Ensure all installations meet company standards, local codes, and permit requirements
Diagnose sewer and drain issues and determine the correct installation approach
Keep jobs on schedule while maintaining quality and safety
Train and guide installers and helpers on proper techniques and job expectations
Maintain clean, organized, and safe job sites
Communicate clearly with customers, inspectors, and internal teams

Requirements:

3+ years of sewer and drain installation experience
Proven ability to lead or oversee job sites
Strong understanding of sewer materials, fittings, grading, and code compliance
Ability to operate excavation equipment or willingness to learn
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Ability to lift 75+ lbs and work outdoors in varying conditions
