HD2, Inc. is in search of an enthusiastic Project Architect/Manager with 5 to 8 years of experience working full time on commercial projects.

HD2, Inc. is looking for someone who has the experience and skill sets to contribute to commercial projects that include commercial office, retail, hospitality, and healthcare. The candidate will be responsible for managing projects from the initial concept and project kickoff through final completion, as they are assigned. The candidate will mentor and supervise staff and assist in the production and coordination of construction documents.

As the candidate continues to develop with HD2, Inc., it is expected that they contribute ideas and recommendations for improving office processes and workflows. The candidate will be actively involved in the firm’s marketing efforts and support business development across all project types; however, the candidate may focus on marketing to specific niches if desired. Additionally, the candidate will assist in developing proposals and company strategies. The candidate will be considered a member of the senior management team.

General responsibilities of this position are:

Develop solutions for complex design problems.
Coordination of project activities with clients, consultants, contractors and co-workers.
Prepare contract and project documents (i.e. space plans, finish packages, construction documents).
Assist project leaders and principals with design solutions.
Client meetings and project site visits.
Balance multiple projects simultaneously in order to meet project deadlines and needs.

The successful candidate should possess:

A four-year degree.
5-8 years of design experience with commercial projects.
Proficiency with Revit.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: $85,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
