Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Drafter with expertise in AutoCAD and experience in residential home design and structural design. The ideal candidate will collaborate with our design team to produce accurate and efficient drawings that comply with project specifications and building codes.

Key Responsibilities

Develop detailed drawings and plans for residential projects using AutoCAD.
Collaborate with architects and engineers to ensure design accuracy and adherence to building codes.
Modify existing drawings based on feedback and design changes.
Prepare presentation drawings and comprehensive construction documents.
Assist in coordinating project timelines and deliverables.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Drafter, specifically in residential home design and structural design.
Proficiency in AutoCAD; knowledge of additional design software (e.g., Revit) is a plus.
Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and construction standards.
