Duties

Develop comprehensive project plans including scope management, schedule management using tools like Microsoft Project or Primavera P6, and risk management strategies aligned with PMBOK standards.
Facilitate requirements gathering sessions, process mapping, and business process modeling to define project scope clearly and accurately.
Manage project budgets through cost control techniques, earned value management, and vendor negotiations to optimize resource utilization.
Oversee program development and design by applying program management principles such as SAFe or Program Portfolio Management to coordinate multiple related projects effectively.
Conduct root cause analysis and Kaizen practices to identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions that enhance project quality and efficiency.
Lead project teams by supervising team members, managing conflicts with effective negotiation skills, and fostering a collaborative environment using tools like Jira, Trello, or Confluence.
Facilitate meetings for project updates, stakeholder engagement, and progress reporting while ensuring clear communication across all levels of the organization.
Utilize data analysis skills for data collection and reporting to support decision-making processes related to project performance metrics.

Qualifications

Proven experience in supervising teams within a project management environment with demonstrated leadership capabilities.
Extensive knowledge of project management methodologies including Agile, Waterfall, Lean Six Sigma, and PMBOK standards.
Proficiency in project management software such as Microsoft Project, Primavera P6, Smartsheet or equivalent tools like Jira or VersionOne.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills for effective stakeholder engagement and team collaboration.
Experience in requirements analysis, scope management, risk assessment, and quality management practices.
Familiarity with IT infrastructure projects and systems such as ERP systems or content management systems is advantageous.
Technical expertise in process mapping tools like Visio or SharePoint along with data analysis skills for comprehensive reporting.
Knowledge of vendor management processes and contract negotiations to ensure successful project implementation.
