Role Overview

PIC, a Genus PLC company, has an exciting opportunity. We are looking for a Global Pig Resistant Product (PRP) Program Manager (remote in the USA).

This role leads the integration, coordination, and governance efforts of PIC's global PRP program. As PRP expands across multiple markets with unique regulatory, commercial, stewardship, and stakeholder requirements, this role ensures the program operates as one coordinated system rather than a collection of independent workstreams.

The role enables department and workstream leads to focus on their core responsibilities by removing barriers, simplifying cross-functional coordination, and creating the operational discipline needed to successfully scale PRP globally.

The successful candidate can work in a culturally diverse, fast-paced environment and establish priorities, meet deadlines, and maintain accuracy. The candidate can work autonomously as well as collaboratively across functional teams, demonstrating strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Success is measured through cross-functional alignment, effective governance, timely execution, proactive risk management, commercialization readiness, organizational accountability, and the successful expansion of PRP across global markets.

This position is based remotely in the United States, with travel approximately of 10% domestically.

The salary range for this position is $126,500 - $153,000 USD annually. The salary provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. Genus considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
