**IMPORTANT TO KNOW**

This is 10-99 Subcontractor work, not a traditional employee position. You operate as an Independent Contractor

Assist in the preparation of construction sites by clearing debris, setting up scaffolding, and organizing materials.
Operate hand tools and power equipment safely to perform tasks such as digging, lifting, and material handling.
Support the installation of structural elements like framing, drywall, roofing, or flooring as needed.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment to promote safety and productivity on site.
Adhere strictly to safety protocols, including wearing personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times.
Collaborate effectively with team members to meet project deadlines and quality standards.

Qualifications

Must Carry your own Liability Insurance
Driver's license is required
Prior experience in construction or manual labor
Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including lifting heavy materials, standing for long periods, and working in various weather conditions.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety procedures.
Good communication skills and the ability to follow instructions clearly.
Basic knowledge of construction tools and equipment; certification in OSHA safety standards is advantageous.
Reliable, punctual, and eager to contribute positively within a team environment.

Pay: $1,200.00 - $2,000.00 per week
