Lead the Way as a Lead Restoration Technician!

What You'll Do:

Supervise and lead restoration projects from start to finish.
Train and mentor technicians on company procedures and best practices.
Perform a wide range of restoration services, including water extraction, structural drying, fire damage cleanup, and mold remediation.
Ensure high-quality work through inspections and quality control.
Communicate effectively with customers, project managers, and team members.
Manage job documentation, including daily logs, work orders, and restoration reports.

On-Call Expectations:

Lead Technicians are on-call one week per month.
All team members are expected to respond in the event of a local catastrophic event or large commercial loss.

What We're Looking For:

High school diploma or GED with 2-4 years of restoration industry experience.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
IICRC certifications in Water Mitigation, Fire, Mold, etc., preferred.
Basic computer proficiency (MS Word, Excel, job management software).
Physical ability to perform demanding restoration tasks (lifting up to 75 lbs).
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Final compensation will be determined based on the candidate’s relevant experience, qualifications, and industry certifications.

Pay: $24.00 - $30.00 per hour
