Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee high-end residential construction and remodeling projects in affluent communities. The ideal candidate understands luxury construction standards, possesses strong client communication skills, and can successfully manage complex custom homes and estate-level remodels from pre-construction through final completion.

This role requires exceptional attention to detail, professionalism, scheduling discipline, and the ability to coordinate architects, designers, vendors, subcontractors, and field teams while delivering an elevated client experience.

Key Responsibilities

Manage luxury residential construction projects from planning through completion
Oversee project schedules, budgets, procurement, and daily operations
Coordinate with homeowners, architects, interior designers, engineers, and consultants
Lead subcontractor scheduling, jobsite coordination, and quality control
Ensure projects are executed according to plans, specifications, and design intent
Review and manage contracts, proposals, change orders, RFIs, and project documentation
Conduct regular site meetings and maintain clear communication with clients and project teams
Maintain high standards for craftsmanship, cleanliness, organization, and professionalism on-site
Identify potential project risks, delays, and budget impacts before they become problems
Ensure compliance with local building codes, inspections, safety standards, and permit requirements
Manage procurement and lead times for custom materials, cabinetry, windows, doors, appliances, and specialty finishes
Deliver projects on time while maintaining exceptional quality standards and client satisfaction

Qualifications

College Degree Required. Preferably in business, construction, or civil engineering
2+ years of experience managing high-end residential remodel or construction projects
Strong understanding of custom home construction, luxury finishes, and residential remodeling
Experience working directly with affluent homeowners and design professionals
Ability to read and interpret architectural plans, engineering drawings, and specifications
Strong knowledge of construction sequencing, budgeting, and scheduling
Proficiency in project management software such as Procore, Buildertrend, CoConstruct, or Microsoft Project
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Pay: $72,800.00 - $95,000.00 per year
