Track project financial performance, managing Change Orders and progress billing to ensure positive cash flow.
Conduct site visits to monitor installation quality and ensure compliance with local mechanical and building codes.

3. Team Leadership

Direct a team of technicians and installers, providing technical guidance on complex VRF, chilled water, and commercial refrigeration systems.
Implement and enforce rigorous safety protocols (OSHA compliance).
Mentor junior staff and estimators to build departmental capacity.
