Our client, a leading organization in the Greater Philadelphia area, is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee the end-to-end delivery of projects spanning multiple business units. This role is ideal for a versatile PM who can balance structure, communication, and execution in a fast-moving, enterprise environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead full project life cycle activities from initiation through closing.
Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure on-time and within-scope delivery.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to allocate resources, drive alignment, and resolve project obstacles.
Maintain strong communication with business stakeholders, leadership, and technical teams to ensure project visibility and success.
Utilize project management tools such as MS Project and JIRA to track progress, risks, and deliverables.
Apply Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies as appropriate for each project.
Ensure adherence to enterprise project governance, documentation standards, and quality expectations.
Manage a diverse portfolio of projects, including short-term initiatives and long-duration enterprise programs.

Required Skills & Experience:

3+ years of professional Project Management experience.
Proven ability to manage full project life cycles across multiple workstreams.
Experience working with MS Project and JIRA.
Strong communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work independently in a WFH/Hybrid environment while collaborating across the organization.
Demonstrated success delivering projects in Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid environments.

Nice to Haves:

Bachelor’s degree.
PMP Certification or actively pursuing.
