We are looking for a supply chain leader to develop and manage global sourcing, inventory, and distribution strategies for a growing consumer products company. This role combines strategic planning with hands-on execution, focusing on supplier relationships and process optimization to support business growth and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute global supply chain strategy aligned with business goals, driving scalability and operational excellence.
Lead end-to-end planning, sourcing, procurement, and distribution while optimizing inventory, logistics, and cost efficiency.
Build and manage strategic supplier partnerships domestically and internationally, with emphasis on Asia-based sourcing and compliance.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives through lean practices, KPI-driven performance monitoring, and cost-reduction programs.
Coach and develop high-performing teams while collaborating cross-functionally on new product launches and SIOP processes.

Qualifications:

Minimum 5+ years of experience in supply chain management, including international sourcing and forecasting.
Proven ability to lead strategic initiatives and deliver measurable improvements in cost, quality, and efficiency.
Strong knowledge of ERP systems, lean principles, and best-in-class supply chain practices.
Exceptional negotiation, leadership, and communication skills.
Experience managing large-scale, cross-functional projects and driving organizational change.
