$38.00 to $41.00 per hour (commensurate with experience)

Job Requirements to include, but not limited to:

· Demonstrate highest level of customer satisfaction

Manage effective communication with customers and sales representatives
Communicate difficult/sensitive information to clients tactfully

· Effectively facilitate meetings between external clients and internal team members

Ability to develop long lasting relationships with clients that foster business stability and growth

· Strong analytical and decision-making skills.

· Clear, concise written and verbal communication skills.

· Working knowledge of all Project Management functions

· Proficient in Microsoft suites and Smartsheet

· Track project milestones requirements, engaging with all necessary stakeholders

Job Description:

· Set and manage client expectations

· Develop and maintain a detailed project schedule, in which all project milestones will be tracked to allow for on-time delivery

· Manage contract documents, ensuring documents are complete, current, and filed appropriately

· Ensure backlog and ERP system are updated and accurate

Interface with engineering leads to ensure schedules compliance
Interface with project engineer to ensure successful design output as approved by the client
Review project submittal drawings and fabrications drawings per project for adherence to design intent
Meet budgetary objectives
Minimizes company’s financial exposure and risk on projects
Escalate financially concerns/issues to upper management timely
Generate change orders and obtain customer approval
Assist with obtaining customer deposits
Follow up with clients when necessary regarding unpaid invoices
Minimal Job site travel required – act as on-site coordinator to trouble shoot or support customer concerns

Qualifications:

Must be motivated, highly organized and detail orientated
Strong leadership and communication skills both written and verbal
Excellent problem solving and decision-making skills
Ability to prioritize
Must be a team player

Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Construction Management, or similar program preferred
Proficient in Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, etc.) and Smartsheet
3+ years of construction or manufacturing project management experience
Ability to read construction drawings preferred
