Job Description

The Project Coordinator will support the successful execution of client projects from planning through completion. This role ensures smooth communication, efficient workflow management, and timely delivery of all project milestones. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and capable of ensuring that both internal teams and clients remain aligned throughout the project lifecycle.

Responsibilities

Coordinate project timelines, deliverables, and workflow across departments.
Assist in planning and organizing project milestones, schedules, and resources.
Maintain clear and consistent communication with internal teams and clients.
Track progress, prepare project updates, and ensure deadlines are met.
Support the Project Manager and creative team with documentation and administrative needs.
Ensure all project files, briefs, and materials are accurate and up to date.
Identify potential challenges and help streamline project processes.
