The PMO (Project Manager, Operations) supports project teams by maintaining the operational structure required to plan, track, and report on projects consistently. This role owns day-to-day project coordination activities, including documentation management, schedule and budget tracking, resource coordination, and adherence to PMO standards. The PMO serves as a central communication hub across project stakeholders, ensuring project information is current, accessible, and decision-ready.

Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate project documentation (e.g., GSuite), prepare stakeholder reports, and keep project management tools (e.g., G-Sheets, Monday.com) updated.
Scheduling and Tracking: Monitor progress against milestones; track costs and schedules to ensure work remains within defined constraints.
Resource Coordination: Support project managers with resource allocation, logistics, and administrative coordination for project teams.
Process Compliance: Ensure projects follow PMO procedures, templates, and governance requirements.
Risk and Issue Logging: Maintain risk and issue logs, escalate emerging risks, and track actions to closure.
Communication: Coordinate information flow between team members, stakeholders, and project leadership; support meeting cadences, notes, and action tracking.
Purchase Orders & Invoicing: Process purchase order (PO's), track approvals and status, support invoice intake and routing, and maintain documentation for audit readiness and budget reconciliation.
Administrative and Operational Support: Provide general administrative support to project teams, including meeting coordination, vendor coodination support, intake tracking, and maintaing shared trackers and distribution lists.

The base pay range for this position is expected in the range below:

$81,200 - $139,400

Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including location, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a target bonus and restricted stock units (as applicable) in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as PTO and parental leave). Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.

If hired, employees will be in an “at-will position” and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
