Overview
We are seeking an energetic and highly skilled Senior Project Manager to lead complex projects across diverse business units. Responsibilities

Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple projects within scope, schedule, and budget using established project management methodologies such as PMBOK, Waterfall, Agile, and SAFe.
Develop comprehensive project plans including scope management, risk management, resource allocation, and scheduling utilizing tools like Microsoft Project, Primavera P6, Jira, and Smartsheet.
Facilitate requirements gathering sessions and process mapping exercises to define project scope and objectives clearly.
Implement change management strategies to ensure smooth transitions during project lifecycle changes while managing stakeholder expectations through effective communication and negotiation.
Oversee program development and design efforts by applying Lean Six Sigma principles, Kaizen practices, and business process modeling to optimize workflows.
Conduct root cause analysis to identify issues proactively and develop corrective actions that improve quality management and project outcomes.
Manage vendor relationships and IT infrastructure components to ensure seamless project implementation while controlling costs through budgeting and cost control measures.
Lead project teams by supervising team members, fostering collaboration with cross-functional units, and facilitating meetings for progress updates using tools like Confluence, SharePoint, Trello, or Workday.
Monitor project performance using earned value management techniques; report on key metrics such as schedule variance and cost performance to executive leadership.

Experience

Proven track record of managing complex projects or programs within a fast-paced environment with demonstrated success in delivering results on time and within scope.
Extensive experience in project portfolio management (PPM), risk assessment, scope management, and schedule development using industry-standard tools such as Microsoft Project or Primavera P6.
Strong background in applying Agile methodologies (SAFe), Waterfall approaches, Lean principles, Six Sigma certifications (Green Belt or Black Belt preferred), and process improvement frameworks like Kaizen.
Supervising experience leading diverse teams across multiple projects with a focus on team management and conflict resolution.
Skilled in requirements analysis, requirements management tools (e.g., VersionOne), data analysis skills including data collection and interpretation for decision-making purposes.
Familiarity with IT project management including IT infrastructure upgrades, ERP systems integration, content management systems, product lifecycle management solutions, and vendor negotiations.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to facilitate meetings effectively; adept at technical writing for documentation purposes.
Knowledge of project management software such as Jira, Smartsheet, SharePoint, ServiceNow; experience with PPM tools like Project Server or Clarizen is a plus. Pay: $135,317.39 - $202,200.00 per year
