Concrete Finisher – Job Posting

We are seeking a reliable and experienced Concrete Finisher to join our crew. The ideal candidate has strong finishing skills, works well in a team environment, and can handle the physical demands of construction work.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

Work in a team environment with clear communication and a positive attitude
Perform site preparation and assist in constructing accurate forms
Operate hand tools including trowels, floats, edgers, and related equipment
Finish and repair concrete surfaces to required textures and specifications
Work with decorative concrete such as stamping, staining, sidewalks, patios, and similar projects
Apply general concrete knowledge including joints, finishes, and minor repairs

Physical Requirements

Ability to stand for long periods
Frequent bending, kneeling, and lifting up to 100 lbs
Ability to safely navigate active construction sites, including areas with wet concrete and uneven ground

Pay: $24.00 - $25.50 per hour

Experience:

Concrete forming: 2 years (Required)
Concrete finishing: 2 years (Required)
Construction: 3 years (Required)

Ability to Commute:

Roseburg, OR 97471 (Required)
