Pay Range: $79,800 – $106,400

We’re looking for a dynamic Operations Manager to lead key functions in our distribution center and drive operational excellence. If you’re passionate about leadership, efficiency, and making an impact, this is your opportunity to join a global brand that values your success.

What You’ll Do

Lead and manage production, quality, and transportation operations to ensure optimal performance.
Coach and develop Operations Supervisors and hourly team members.
Drive employee engagement and retention through effective communication and leadership.
Create weekly operational plans to meet customer volume and service commitments.
Implement process improvements to boost efficiency and quality.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements.
Partner with HR on staffing, performance evaluations, and employee relations.
Oversee facility equipment and act as liaison with USPS.

What We’re Looking For

Bachelor’s degree in Management or related field (or equivalent experience).
5+ years in a supervisory or management role.
Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel expertise preferred).
Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Lean experience is a plus.
