About this Role:
We are seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager (BSEE), to oversee and coordinate electrical construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in electrical engineering, system design, and construction management, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and in compliance with all safety and quality standards. This role offers an opportunity to lead complex projects, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, and utilize advanced project management tools to deliver exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the planning, execution, and closing of electrical construction projects, ensuring adherence to scope, schedule, and budget.
Develop detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 and other scheduling tools.
Prepare and review construction estimates utilizing estimating software.
Manage project documentation including blueprints, schematics, contracts, and change orders.
Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to facilitate seamless project execution.
Ensure compliance with NEC standards and electrical codes during all phases of construction.
Oversee system design and integration efforts for electrical systems on-site.
Monitor project progress through regular site visits and meetings, address issues proactively.
Utilize ProCore and Bluebeam for project tracking, document control, and communication.
Manage project risks, safety protocols, and quality assurance processes throughout the project lifecycle.

Experience

Proven experience in electrical engineering or construction management with a focus on electrical systems.
Strong background in construction site management, blueprint reading, and schematic interpretation.
Familiarity with project scheduling software such as Primavera P6 or similar tools.
Experience with construction estimating software like HeavyBid is preferred.
Knowledge of NEC regulations and electrical system design principles.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with excellent time management skills.
Prior experience working on large-scale construction projects involving electrical infrastructure is highly desirable. This position requires a detail-oriented professional capable of leading complex electrical projects while maintaining high standards of safety and quality. Candidates should possess excellent communication skills, technical expertise in electrical systems, and proficiency in industry-standard project management tools.
