Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Lead to oversee and coordinate Patio Cover and Awning construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in carpentry and construction, experiance in managing teams and ensuring project completion to high standards. This role requires hands-on experience in construction, The Lead will be responsible for guiding team members, maintaining safety protocols, and ensuring that all work is completed efficiently and effectively.

Responsibilities

Supervise and lead a team of construction workers
Utilize hand tools and power tools for various construction tasks.
Read Drawings
Experianced in Framing, calking, Siding, Gutter and downspout work
Limited electrical work
Ensure compliance with safety regulations on the construction site.
Train team members in best practices for and safety measures.

Qualifications

Proven experience in the construction industry with a focus on Framing, assembly, gutter and downspout work.
Ability to lift heavy materials as required by the job duties.
Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail in executing tasks.
Strong communication skills to effectively lead a team and liaise with clients or subcontractors.
