General Description: As a Project Manager at INdigital, you will be primarily responsible for planning, controlling and reporting of project/program status within INdigital’s work groups. This position has responsibility for all INdigital projects and related contracts by organizing and controlling project elements; including new project launch, project milestones, performance tracking, partner coordination and implementation elements. The Project Manager has strength and independence in taking new contracts, post award, and developing launch strategies for both corporate and external quality review. The position will maintain autonomous efforts to ensure project goals and timelines for new and existing contracts are well-defined and aligned with contract objectives; identify tasks required to meet those goals, procure and manage required resources from shared services teams; and ensure information quality and integrity are expected. Additionally, in accordance with INdigital principles, this position is responsible for developing and sustaining a project management infrastructure across the organization including developing templates, promoting best practices, developing and/or procuring technology tools, educating and mentoring of team members.

The Project Manager operates in support of the Executive Management Team and will be required to exhibit a strong customer service focus and be a contributing team player; while providing a high level of aptitude and skill in managing all phases of INdigital Project initiatives. It is preferred the candidate lives in or around Fort Wayne, IN with the ability to report into the office 3 days a week.

Duties and Responsibilities and Activities:

Responsibilities and essential job functions include, but are not limited to, the following:

? Lead multiple project teams and ensure the teams complete their assigned projects on time and within scope

? Develops and executes the Project Plan with the team, organizes and controls activities, and manages the team's performance of project action items, issues, risks and tasks

? Provides clear and concise communications to the organization

? Establishes strong partnerships with all teams, vendors and contractors

? Evidence of delivering projects on schedule and within scope

? Acts as Project leader and primary interface with the business and IT units during all phases of the project(s)

? Exhibits strong leadership and relationship building capabilities, with ability to negotiate with and influence others to drive successful project outcomes

? Exhibits strong analytical, written and verbal communication skills

? Adapts to the changing demands of projects, teams and the organization

? Projects self-motivation and ability to prioritize multiple projects and tasks and multi-task under tight deadlines with little/or no oversight

? Demonstrates ability in organizing tasks, information, people, and work-groups

? Demonstrates ability to work as a team in a highly collaborative environment and motivates and promotes ongoing team development

? Demonstrates attention to detail in producing accurate and high-quality deliverables

Requirements:

Knowledge & Skills:

? Ability to create and execute project plans and revises as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements. In addition, creates and manages project lifecycles and operational documentation to meet organizational goals

? Identifies resource needs and coordinates allocation of resources to deliver quality standards on time

? Collaborates with and supports departmental initiatives, process improvement, education and communication efforts as related to all INdigital projects

? Excellent attention to detail, organization, with the ability to work independently while taking the initiative to perform effectively in a fast-paced, changing environment

? Good communication skills and ability to interrelate with professional clients to understand their requirements and recommend products and solutions

? Coordinate with INdigital Development, Operations and R&D team as needed to specify clients' requirements and recommend product design/implementation

? Must be able to communicate with and/or disseminate information and details to employee and/or groups as required in the course of your duties and responsibilities

? May require travel to company sites, customer sites, workshops and conferences

Other Requirements:

? Maintain a valid driver’s license

? Be willing to work as required with a flexible schedule to accomplish departmental goals and be available by phone or other communications device(s), on an as needed basis

? In instances when you cannot be available, you will need to make arrangements for someone else to cover your responsibilities and ensure that your manager has been advised of the circumstances

? Attend meetings and planning discussions which may potentially be scheduled outside regular working hours

? Must demonstrate the ability to work with people at all levels of an organization

? Present a clean, neat, businesslike workspace and appearance, wear appropriate attire and safety equipment (as needed)

? Be prepared to complete any assigned task as required

Experience:

? At least 5 years of project management and/or provisioning experience in a technology, telecommunications, or corporate environment with a proven record of accomplishment

Education & Certification Requirements:

? Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or a relevant field of study; Master’s/M.B.A. preferred
