Role Overview:

In partnership with the E-Commerce team, support the success and growth across all E-Commerce touchpoints – DSMNY ESHOP, CDG ESHOP, and Farfetch. Take ownership of customer service and provide a consistent, positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

Provide excellent customer service for all E-Commerce platforms
Responsible for all email and phone communication at customer service touchpoints
General website maintenance, including visual merchandising on the site, identifying no-stocks, and refreshing category pages
Coordinate with the warehouse on incoming/outgoing logistics
Partner with the E-Commerce team on weekly product launches
Partner with the store Concierge team to ensure consistent customer service message

Work closely with the warehouse to ensure all incoming and outgoing product is handled and processed accurately and timely
Assist in E-Commerce product launches, adhering to launch schedule and brand expectations

Must be energetic and self-motivated. Willing to do whatever is required to get the job done

Key Skills

Excellent communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, specifically Microsoft Excel
Fluent in English, additional language skills a plus
General knowledge of Adobe Photoshop a plus
