Summary

We are actively seeking a highly skilled and experienced Concrete Coatings Installer with a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in surface preparation, crack repair, and application of advanced coatings systems. This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned professional to take a lead role on residential, commercial, and industrial projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead installation of epoxy, polyaspartic, polyurea, urethane, urethane cement, flake, and quartz floor coating systems
Perform thorough surface preparation, including grinding, shot blasting, and repairs
Identify substrate issues and recommend appropriate coating solutions
Maintain high standards of craftsmanship and ensure all projects meet company quality benchmarks
Direct or assist junior crew members and ensure safety protocols are followed
Communicate effectively with clients, team members, and management
Troubleshoot application issues and ensure timely project completion
Maintain and properly operate tools and equipment

Required Qualifications:

Minimum 5 years of verifiable experience installing decorative and protective concrete coating systems
Mastery of surface prep equipment (grinders, scarifiers, shot blasters, etc.)
In-depth knowledge of coating materials, mixing ratios, and application techniques
Strong leadership skills and ability to manage job sites independently
Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Ability to lift 50–75 lbs and work in physically demanding environments

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with industrial coatings, moisture mitigation systems, or waterproofing
OSHA certification or other safety training
Ability to train or mentor less experienced crew members

Pay: $35.00 - $45.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
