As we continue to expand, we are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Project Manager Assistant to join our team.

About the Role:

The Project Manager Assistant will support our Project Managers and Estimators in all areas of job coordination and execution. This is a dynamic, fast-paced role that requires strong communication skills, high attention to detail, and a proactive mindset. You’ll be involved in real projects, gaining the skills and knowledge to grow into an Estimator or Project Manager role over time.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist Project Managers with daily coordination of construction projects
Communicate confidently with General Contractors, suppliers, and field foremen
Help prepare detailed estimates and perform takeoffs
Track and update material pricing, equipment rentals, and delivery schedules
Onboard new projects and upload the latest plans into Procore
Submit and track submittals, RFIs, and documentation
Coordinate job scheduling and project timelines
Keep tabs on every aspect of a project to ensure nothing slips through the cracks
Be a self-starter who takes initiative and follows up without being asked

Qualifications:

Knowledge of the construction industry (concrete experience a plus)
Strong computer skills—must be comfortable using Gmail, Excel, Word, and Adobe
Experience with tools like Procore, ProEst, Bluebeam, Building Connected, or Lynn Imaging Plan Room is a plus
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
Confident making phone calls and communicating with all levels of project personnel
Must be detail-oriented, self-motivated, and eager to learn and grow in the construction field

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
