We have immediate openings for Project Engineers and Assistant Project Managers to join our team on large-scale commercial construction projects throughout New Mexico.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Project Administration & Support

Assist the Project Manager and Superintendent in delivering projects on time and on budget
Support assigned projects from preconstruction through closeout, following our project responsibility matrix
Monitor and manage submittals, RFIs, change orders, and project documentation
Regularly visit jobsites across New Mexico to monitor progress, resolve issues, and maintain quality
Provide consistent updates and accurate records to keep the team informed

Relationship Management

Build strong partnerships with Project Managers, Superintendents, Subcontractors, Desing Partners and Owners
Identify value-added opportunities to exceed client and stakeholder expectations
Contribute to a collaborative, solutions-focused project team culture

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field (students near completion encouraged to apply)
Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and reliable follow-through
Ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines
Desire to grow into a long-term career in commercial construction
Field or industry experience a plus
