Bellingham Marine Industries is seeking an experienced Precast Concrete Finisher to join our Casting team. This position is responsible for applying high-quality picture frame and broom finishes to precast concrete products while ensuring durability and visual appeal. The ideal candidate must be detail-oriented, reliable, and capable of working in a fast-paced production environment. Overtime may be required to meet production deadlines.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Apply picture frame and broom finishes to precast concrete elements according to project specifications.
Utilize tools such as trowels, floats, brushes, and edging tools to achieve the desired finish.
Inspect completed work for accuracy, consistency, and quality control.
Assist in the pouring, leveling, and curing of precast concrete products.
Perform touch-ups and repairs as necessary.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and proper handling of materials.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Work collaboratively with other team members to meet production goals.
Be available for overtime as needed to complete projects on schedule.
