Experienced Foreman - Concrete Finishing

Responsibilities:

Lead concrete finishing projects with precision and quality.
Prepare and form concrete according to blueprints and plans.
Oversee pouring, finishing, and quality control processes.
Train and mentor team members in all aspects of concrete finishing.
Maintain a safe and drug-free work environment, adhering to company policies.

Requirements:

3-4 years of concrete finishing experience.
1-2 years of prior foreman experience preferred.
Proficient in blueprint reading and construction plans.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to lift heavy loads and perform physically demanding tasks.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
