Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled construction professional with strong experience in finish work. The ideal candidate is meticulous, reliable, and takes ownership of their craft. This role involves working on residential and/or commercial projects where precision and attention to detail are essential.

Key Responsibilities

Install tile (floors, walls, backsplashes, showers)
Perform flooring installation (hardwood, laminate, vinyl, etc.)
Execute millwork and trim carpentry (baseboards, crown molding, cabinetry)
Complete interior painting with clean, professional finishes
Read and interpret blueprints and project specifications
Maintain a clean and organized job site
Collaborate with team members to meet project timelines

Qualifications

Proven experience in finish carpentry or similar construction roles
Strong skills in tile, flooring, millwork, and painting
Ability to use hand and power tools safely and effectively
High attention to detail and craftsmanship
Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license (if required)
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong work ethic and professionalism on job sites

Preferred (Not Required)

Experience across multiple trades
OSHA certification
Ability to manage small crews or projects
Basic understanding of project management or scheduling

Pay: $30.00 - $40.00 per hour
