About us

Anderson & Hammack builds custom homes and high-end remodels across (the Twin Ports area 45 minutes from our office) Wisconsin and Minnesota. We’re a team of about 24 with one goal: Love where you live.

We’re a faith-based company, and we’re upfront about it. Our values come from Scripture, and they guide how we treat homeowners, each other, and the work. We have a company chaplain, and we care about our people’s lives outside the job site too.

How we work

Love God: We pray, we give, and we hold ourselves accountable.
Love yourself: We take care of our health, and we speak up and ask for help when we need it.
Love others: We listen first, assume good intent, and treat everyone with kindness, from homeowners to subs to the new guy.
Love where you work: We take pride in the work, enjoy being on a team, and have fun doing it.
Love where you live: We respect the homes we work in, and we show up for our community.
