Allen Austin is partnering with a global leader in industrial performance products to identify a transformational Head of Supply Chain, Americas.

This is not a maintenance leadership role. This is a build-and-evolve opportunity.

Our client is looking for an operationally grounded executive who can bring structure, visibility, and execution discipline across a complex, multi-country supply chain network. The organization is at an inflection point — scaling rapidly across the Americas while evolving from a decentralized operating model into a more aligned regional structure.

The ideal leader will bring:

• Deep end-to-end supply chain leadership experience across planning, logistics, inventory, and distribution

• Proven success implementing and elevating S&OP / IBP processes

• Strong operational and commercial partnership capabilities across global organizations

• Experience navigating complexity, driving accountability, and improving execution at scale

• A hands-on leadership style with the ability to influence without bureaucracy

This role reports directly to the CEO, Americas and will play a critical role in driving service improvements, inventory optimization, operational consistency, and cost efficiency across the region.

Location: Houston, TX - Onsite

Travel: Approximately 30% across the Americas

Compensation starts at $200,000 base salary, plus bonus opportunity and comprehensive benefits package.
