Responsibilities

Assist skilled tradespeople with construction tasks such as framing, drywall installation, and concrete pouring.
Prepare job sites by cleaning and organizing materials, tools, and equipment.
Operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively to support construction activities.
Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment to ensure the safety of all team members.
Load and unload materials from trucks and transport them to designated areas on-site.
Participate in site cleanup at the end of each day to maintain an orderly workspace.
Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding project progress and any issues that arise.
Adhere to all company policies and procedures while contributing positively to team dynamics.

Requirements

Strong physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects regularly.
Basic knowledge of construction practices and tools is preferred but not required; we provide training!
Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude towards collaboration.
Willingness to learn new skills and take on various responsibilities as needed.
Ability to follow instructions accurately while maintaining attention to detail.
Commitment to safety practices on the job site at all times.
Reliable transportation to job sites as required.
