3S Lift is a publicly listed supplier of tower internals (lifts, platforms, ladders, and more) for wind turbines. With a global presence of around 1000 employees and subsidiaries in China, USA, Europe, and India, 3S Lift is well-positioned to support the renewable energy industry and mitigate climate change. 3S Lift products and services have been applied in more than 2,000 wind farms in 55 countries, ranking among the top three worldwide in the field of access and safety equipment field for the wind industry. The company cumulatively holds 700 patents and product certifications around the world. In the past 10 years, 3S Lift has had an annual growth rate of 30% to 50%. 3S Americas has sales offices in Portsmouth, NH, Denver, CO, and Atlanta, GA, as well as an office and a 42,000 sq. feet distribution and training center in Richardson, TX. Currently, 3S Americas has 40 full-time employees and will grow to 50-70 employees in the next two years, covering North America, with the functions of sales and marketing, engineering, finance, warehouse and assembly, and after-sale services. POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Become the North American technical expert in the installation process of 3S Lift products, ensuring adherence to company standards and quality.

· Oversee projects from requirement definition through deployment, managing schedules, scopes, and implementation plans. Collaborate closely with 3S experts and customers to ensure project milestones are met and risks are mitigated.

· Maintain detailed project development plans, ensuring all aspects align with time, quality, and budget expectations. Track project progress and make adjustments as necessary.

· Build and maintain favorable relationships with vendors, monitoring their contributions to ensure timely and successful project outcomes. Act as a liaison between customers and internal teams (Sales, R&D, Operations) to support strong customer partnerships and meet all project requirements.

· Identify potential project risks and develop effective solutions in collaboration with other team members and management, ensuring continuity and successful project execution.

· Work with the Sales team to develop new business opportunities and manage existing customer accounts, contributing to both client satisfaction and business growth.
