Lead the planning, execution, and closing of projects utilizing established project management methodologies such as PMBOK, Agile, Waterfall, and SAFe.
Develop comprehensive project plans including scope, schedule, budget, resource allocation, risk management strategies, and quality standards.
Facilitate requirements gathering sessions to clearly define project objectives, deliverables, and success criteria with stakeholders.
Manage project scope changes through effective scope management and negotiation with stakeholders to ensure project alignment.
Oversee project schedules using tools like Microsoft Project, Primavera P6, or Smartsheet; monitor progress and adjust plans proactively to meet deadlines.
Conduct root cause analysis and risk assessments to identify potential issues early and implement mitigation strategies promptly.
Coordinate cross-functional teams by providing clear direction, fostering collaboration, and resolving conflicts efficiently using conflict management techniques.
Track project performance using earned value management (EVM) metrics; report on progress to executive leadership regularly.
Manage vendor relationships and contracts to ensure quality deliverables within budget constraints while maintaining vendor performance standards.
Support program development efforts by integrating multiple projects into cohesive portfolios aligned with strategic objectives.

Proven experience supervising teams and managing multiple projects simultaneously with a strong focus on team management and leadership.
Expertise in Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) as well as Waterfall project management approaches; familiarity with SAFe is a plus.
Strong skills in business process modeling, process mapping, requirements analysis, and requirements management tools such as Jira or VersionOne.
Advanced knowledge of Lean Six Sigma principles for process improvement; experience with Kaizen events is desirable.
Proficiency in project scheduling software including Microsoft Project, Primavera P6, Smartsheet, or similar tools; adept at schedule development and control.
Excellent communication skills for meeting facilitation, technical writing, presentation delivery, and stakeholder engagement.
Data analysis skills combined with experience in data collection and interpretation to inform decision-making.
Ability to manage risks effectively through comprehensive risk management practices; adept at scope management and cost control strategies.
Familiarity with IT infrastructure projects using tools like SharePoint, ServiceNow, Salesforce or Content Management Systems (CMS).
Strong organizational skills with a focus on process management and continuous improvement initiatives such as Lean or Six Sigma methodologies.
